How we keep the lights on

We think it's only fair to be straight with you about how a free platform stays free. Running Savvy Mover costs money, so over time we may introduce genuinely optional extras (for example, a premium photo edit, a professional floor-plan, or a featured placement) that a seller could choose to buy if they want to.

We have not built any of those yet, and we're not promising we will. What matters is the line we won't cross: we will never charge you to list, browse, enquire, view or make an offer. Those core things are free, and they're staying free.

If we ever add a paid extra, it will be clearly marked as optional, and skipping it will never put your listing or your move at a disadvantage.
