Cookies, and similar storage in your browser, are small pieces of data a website keeps on your device. Some are essential to make the site work; others are optional. We keep our use of them deliberately small, and we do not use any marketing or advertising cookies.
We group what we use into three categories: essential, analytics, and marketing.

Our usage analytics is anonymous and aggregated: it counts things like how often a listing is viewed or appears in search, so a seller can see how a property is performing. It does not store your IP address or build a profile of you. It is off until you accept it on the consent banner, and if you reject it, nothing is recorded.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it, clear the saved choice through your browser settings (or your browser's site-data controls) and the banner will appear again so you can choose afresh. You can also clear all cookies at any time through your browser.
